- Manage recruitment in Surabaya area
- Manage administration in Surabaya area and report to head office
- Responsible for manpower planning
- Responsible for sourcing for suitable candidates for available position
- Design recruitment advertisement
- Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications,
- summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads
- Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs
Requirements :
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have a good understanding of recruitment procedures and interview techniques
- Able to handling and reporting HR daily activity
- Good communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Good command in English both oral & writin
- Proficient in Excel
