Lowongan Kerja Secretary SEC Jawa Barat
- Managing diaries and making appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements; preparing itineraries; preparing, compiling and maintaining travel vouchers and records.
- Scheduling meetings and arranging conference rooms.
- Alerting Director about cancelations or new meetings.
- Handling information requests.
- Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
- Taking minutes meeting
- Preparing correspondence and stuffing mail into envelopes.
- Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
- Arranging for outgoing mail and packages which is to be picked up.
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Preparing confidential and sensitive documents.
- Answering the phone and answering queries
- Photocopying and printing
- Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Greeting and receiving visitor.
- Planning for events and volunteer activities.
- Operating office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
- Determining matters of top priority and handling accordingly.
- Coordinating committees and task forces.
- Other Secretary duties
Requirements :
- Female
- Age 22 - 28 years old
- Attractive
- Good Personality
- Good Comunication (Fluent in English and Good in Japanesse or German will be value added)
- Could work under pressure to meet the deadline.

- Willing to be located in Bulungan, South Jakarta
