- Convincing prospective clients that our product (house) is the right purchase
- Arranging advertising to promote the property
- Develop a new database of qualified buyers through phone, referrals, direct mail, e-mail, or networking
- Making weekly sales report according to the SOP
- Monitoring sales activity, and ensure success to the implementation of sales program.
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
The Details
- You will usually work from 9am to 5.00pm. You may also need to meet clients and buyers outside of normal working hours.
- 5 working days in a week, the days are open for discussion
- You could work part time too!
- You'll be based in an office, but are likely to spend a lot of time visiting properties and showing prospective buyers around.
- With experience, you could become a senior negotiator or manage a department.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1, any field
- An excellent communicator
- A good negotiator
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
- Able to work under pressure
- Smart and business-like
- Will be located in Samarinda base office.
- Preffered local Samarinda.
