- Create and maintain administrative resources, include preparation and perform office letters, perform shipping document, record and keep filling document.
- Provide information in supporting operational of department comply with company regulation.
- Handling and maintain third party visiting and ceremonial program of departement
Requirements
- Female
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Minimum GPA of 2,75
- Minimum TOEFL score of 475 or Minimum TOEIC score of 500
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Secretary
- Experience is not required
