- Full secretarial support to the Plant Director.
- Collate company information as required eg. Director’s whereabouts, Company telephone lists, etc.
- Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure Plant Director’s time is used efficiently
- Ensure that the production of typing, including Board Reports, photocopying and faxing is accurately presented in a professional style and is in line with company procedures
Job Qualification/requirements :
- Female
- Minimum Diploma from secretarial / office administration
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
- Intermediate / Advance in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to work in teams, have the communication skills.
- Having a dedication and a high work ethic
