Lowongan Kerja Ticketing Staff Maketing Tour Travel Jakarta Raya
- To provide the highest level of service in order to sell tickets and/or tour and travel package to direct walking customers or travel agents partners by providing them the right advice and information.
- Actively issue electronic tickets,handle reservation, incoming call and related services in accordance with customer needs.
- Dispatch of fare sheet & product information to agents partner and customers.
- Day to day interact with agent partners and to ensure request is properly handled and solved.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved for all customer.
- Ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met.
- Highlight to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.
- Handle the sales administration to support the accounting work for closing the end of day sales and monies received.
- Develop a personal relationship by giving occasional calls and informing them of new services provided.
Requirements :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a SMIP/ Diploma degree from Tourism Academy or equivalent.
- Having good knowledge of Tour & Travel, ticketing and airlines reservations
- Good English skill (oral & written)
- Ability to work in a busy sales team environment.
- Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
- Good work ethics, attitude, and friendly
- Willing to be located at Jakarta
