To ensure effectively manage contact center activities to support 24 Hours service program aligning with SS business’s. To proactively maintain end to end process “contact center” of 24 hours rental service program from managing inquiries, handling complaint, giving confirmation, clarification rental requirement with prospective. Coordinating with internal team (Sales, P&C, EM, Operation, PM, Depo, SCM) to execute rental requirement to Customer Preparing supporting document for 24 Hours service such as (quotation, release approval, invoicing etc) Report regularly by weekly to Marketing Customer RelationCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 3 Full-Time and Contract position available.
