The Management Trainee Program in Operations is 1-year program designed to develop the most talented graduates to become future Operations leader. As a trainee you will have extensive training programs and exposure in all of Operations and other related Departments.
It consists of:
- Challenging Assignments supported by a Coach and Mentor during the 1 year, the Trainee will be given on-the-job development through stretched assignments in his/her chosen function supported by a coach, a mentor and periodic formal training.
- You will have opportunity to explore your potential, make business critical decisions and accept the accountability that comes with early responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimal Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Food Technology Bachelor from reputable overseas or local universities, with minimum GPA 3.0
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Excellent Learning agility
- Have experience in leadership positions and organizations activities in university
- Have a good analytical thinking and leadership capabilities
- Computer Literate
- High mobility (local and international)
