- Being an interpreter between the doctor and the patient, and doing some administrative task.
- Company's image projector, welcoming the patients and making them comfortable.
Requirements:
- Must Speak, Read & Write English fluently
- Customer Service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Adaptable to fast paced, changing working environment
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holiday
- Education D3-S1 majoring Physiotherapist
- Healthcare/Customer Service background (will be an advantage)
