- Facilitate the sales of primary / projects for apartments and housing estates
- Specialization options (apartments, houses, shop, office)
- Specialization options area (CBD, South Jakarta)
- Prospecting the developers and clients
- Listing the project of apartment / houses that are For Sale
- Create a schedule for the presentation / showing unit with client
- Negotiate the price and the commission
- Closing the deal until the sales process is completed
- Unlimited Income (based on basic salary + commission),full time position
Requirements
- Maximum age 28 years and must have an attractive appearance
- Minimum Diploma Degree (certified) – in any discipline
- In-house marketing experience with developer and/or sales experience is preferred (But Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
- Mastery of the computers (Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Internet)
- Can speak Indonesian and English (preferably)
- Must have own vehicle; minimum his/her own motorcycle and/or car and valid driver’s license (C/A)
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or permanent residents
