- Facilitate the purchase / sale / lease housing and office
- Specialization options (apartments, houses, shop, office or land)
- Specialization options area (CBD, South Jakarta)
- Prospecting the customer
- Listing the properties that are For Sale
- Create a schedule for the presentation unit
- Negotiate the price and the commission
- Closing the deal until the sales process is completed
- Unlimited Income (based on allowance + commission), full time position
Requirements
- Maximum age 28 years and must have an attractive appearance
- Minimum D3 (certified) Degree – in any discipline
- Sales experience is preferred - but Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Mastery of the computers (Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Internet)
- Can speak Indonesian and English (preferably), or other foreign languages (Japanese / Korean)
- Must have own vehicle; minimum his/her own motorcycle and/or car and valid driver’s license (C/A)
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or permanent residents
