Lowongan Kerja Regulatory Officer RO Jakarta Raya
- Arrange registration document for all products to MOH & BPOM
- Collecting and reviewing product registration documents from principal
- Preparing product registration documents to be submitted to MOH & BPOM, follow up, and get the approval based on timeline.
- Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines;
- Negotiating with regulatory authorities to get faster approval for marketing license
- Assist regulatory manager to maintain legal documents
- Company Legalization
- Handling all HR & GA Administration
Requirements
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a High School
- Fluent in English
- Computer skill - MS office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Skill in Planning , Controlling & Managing Registration
- Honest, hard working and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill & strong team work
- Dynamic, detail and result oriented
Preferential Qualification
- Having a good knowledge & update of local regulation, especially health regulation
- Good relationship/reputation in Ministry of Health or BPOM (Government Institution).
- Having experience in handling registration for Medical Device in Dinkes, Depkes RI or pharmacy/cosmetics in BPOM
- Driving car or motorcycle (own driving license A and C)
